400w or 600w for 4 plants ?

this is my 2nd grow and i just wanted to know if a 400watt light will be ok to grow 4 plants in 30 litre pots in a decent sized growin area? my 1st grow i had to keep rotating the pots because my cupboard was to small and i think it upset the plants abit and stalks went quite weak ↲I might be able to borrow a 600w what do u guys think?

you wont be able to get the plants close enough, using 30l pots, to use a 400w, they will stretch.
in otherwords, the 4 x 4 footprint of a 400w is just not big enough.
yea they will grow, and flower with a 400, but the 600 will make a night and day difference on your final weight.
 
600. You want as much of your plant getting light as possible, why squeeze them together to get just the tops with a 400. On second thought.... you should get 2X 1000W and grow 15 instead of four.
