4th week and small

Hey guys, it's the 4th week of budding and these guys are still looking small and almost no smell. The plants themselfs are quite small. I had a mishap with a light amd ended up putting them to flower vs shocking the shit out of them.... I have them in basically the same nutrient as HHT DWC theory. Just A&B with some CALmag under a 1000w hps. I know there are other nutrients I need to be getting them to bulk up carbs and I do I dare say maybe more phosphorus? Some info would be nice if possible! Thanks and I love this site! I get stuck on it..... haha

Also, one is super skunk other is a lemon skunk clone I picked up. Not sure how good the genetics but of course the guy said they get really stinky but nothing yet..... I know patients is a virtue, but at this point to me the plants look.healthy and on track ISH..... hoping for some info for improvements maybe or if something is dead obvious to someone, by all means slap me with your firm! Lolz

all you lack is a bottle of pk13/14
they are a little small for a 1000w light
but they will swell up in the next 2 weeks. for swelling up now it's the good timing to add pk13/14

Buds look small for that long in. Id expect a 10 week harv st off of those.
