4x42watt cfl enough?

is it enough to veg 5 plants up to 1ft 42watt=150 or do i need more?

5 plants to one foot tall? No, not really. It will work eventually but growth will get slow as there's less and less adequate coverage.

Add one of those $20 150w hps's that was posted on here recently.
