5,000 lumens per bulb with 2ft fluorescents?

HTG Supply claims this, most other places sell bulbs in the 2 or 3,000 lumens range.
Is this new? Why would you buy the low lumen bulbs? At 5,000 lumes per bulb a single 4 bulb setup could veg out 6 plants, 20,000 lumens 2" from the plant is ALOT of light.
How many watts would this use?

I just put the order in for http://www.htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=49346 the other day, it's the 4 bulb 4' one.

My first "grow" was pathetic, but under flourescents. T12's, the weakest of them all. These T5 high-output ones should be AWESOME.

All I know is power consumption and heat are so little

The 2ft. bulbs are 2,000 lums per bulb. It's the 4ft that are 5,000. But the lumins are enough for a small grow.
