5 weeks into flowering and all the hairs have turned orange

So this is my 3rd grow. I have 4 different strains, girl scout cookies is the one I'm concerned with. I'm in week 5 of flowering on 12/12 light schedule and all the hairs have turned orange on all the buds except for the tiny little ones at the bottom. This plant is very bushy and short. I used to have a t5 HO 54w fluorescent lamp in there for veg growth and then I recently switched to an HYG05 mini LED for the flowering. The tips are a little burnt on the girl scout cookies but I'm not too concerned with it. Just wondering if this is normal for a plant 5 weeks into flowering. Thanks!

Certainly does look more like week 7 or 8 than week 5. I know most LEDs give more uvb than a t5 does but not sure that is what has made the difference here.

I feel like the buds are not as big as they should be. I checked trichomes and they are still clear. Barely any milky ones and no amber triches at all. I have a royal creamatic that is a little less than a week behind that one and the hairs are white all over that one. The girl scout cookies had preflowers on it at around week 4 of vet so maybe its an early bloomer. Just hoping the bud gets bigger than what it is. Here's a picture of the royal creamatic. It is super tall.. I'm almost 5'4 and it comes up to about my neck.

They really are very different from strain to strain; doesn't look like they are gonna get much bigger but that's what a fast flowering strain is supposed to do. GSC is known to produce small bud; that's why I stopped bothering with that one myself
