500 euro budget grow

Hi im new to rollitup but been reading up and around was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a good room at this budget. using hydroponics for entire process kinda like a mr green grow room but was wondering for some good places to get the stuff cheap.. sorry for my english not native..
