The alcohol with eat the buds/flowers...fine for veg tho if used right.
The baking soda will raise pH...well in water it does...so if it gets to the soil you could have pH problems.
I have used 850ml water + 150ml alcohol (50%) + 1/2 tsp dawn dish soap (original blue-no fragrance) for mites on vegging plants...then washed off with plain water after a few minutes and thoroughly flushed the roots.
I think you can use H2O2 and water for mildew.
Happy growing and good luck on your mite battle.

If you wanna treat for PM then use a product like potassium bicarbonate to raise the pH. Mix up your solution at 8.0 and add a surfactant like a tablespoon of dawn.

Using baking soda(sodium bicarbonate) it raises ph as well.

My question is if the 10% alcohol solution is going to do any major trichome removal/damage.
