58% vs 62% RH for vape and pipe?

I've used 62% for a long time ...but it is slightly gummy in the grinder and pipe sometimes. Not horrible but I am thinking of trying 58% this time. I'm curious before I spend money on boveda packs if 58% is too low for vaping in my volcano and pax. Does the extra water content help produce more vape and more cooling? I generally vape but sometimes like a pipe.

I pipe either - but prefer 58% in my rolls ( cones / joint ) - it seems to burn a bit smoother.

I agree about “ sticky icky “ 62 hence why it goes into a bong or volcano.

Me and my “ 58 “ ( african chill ) while i type.

Also wanted to add “ some purps “ ( Anthocyanin ) or deep pigment strains seem not burn as smoothly IMO , almost too resinous- so those type of strains end up in rosin press.

Or at worst - edibles or tincture drops.

I prefer ~58% for the "perfect" smoke....but I have done higher for long term storage in Grove Bags...going in at ~62%....coming out 8 months later at ~58% and that's in a heat-sealed bag.
