Well from what I read (I'm no expert) a week is to early to add anything to the water. Just give them lots of light 24/0 or 18/6 whichever you prefer and water whenever the first two inches of dirt feel dry when you stick you finger in it. Make sure your water is PH balanced. O and maybe get a small fan on the plants to help build up the stem.

Anyone want to correct me if I'm wrong? I'm a noob to growing I just read a lot.

thats about right just relax and give them water, light, air, and love for two more weeks before getting to concerned about nutes. I really don't know anything about growing outdoors but I would guess a plant started around this time will get pretty huge outside if you don't do anything to control the size. Not sure how stealth you need to be. Good luck on the grow. I would start posting your questions in the outdoor forum from now on because they will have better answers for you than you will generally get around here.
