not positive whats going on.

i would not feed seedlings, but its okay to once then enter mid veg. even then you dont have to, but since you bought a regime try it out.

18/6 or 20/4 for 1 to 2 months..good conditions youll hit preflowers in 4-5 weeks naturally.

flower on 12/12 for a month, then 11/11 for a month if you want to experiment. thats how i will make mine flower quick, push em a little say hurry up there babies times almost up lolol sorry :(

preflowers don't show after 4-5 weeks of veg. That's not going to happen. 5-6 days after 12/12 or a good 2-3 months into veg they show. Nodes will begin to alternate around 4-5 weeks of veg not preflower. They can veg it for as long as they want, quite frankly a month is a short veg time. Don't do 11/11, that equals to 22 hours out of a 24 hours day, what about the other 2? You've only "finished" one plant and that frankenfail is nothing to brag about. You are proof the rep system is a joke.

Once again bmeat... God dammit when are you going to stop?

Alternating nodes is the term you're looking for. How can you give out information when you don't even know the name of what you're talking about? preflowers are little pistils growing off the nodes. You should get your terms right. You've been here for this long and you still don't know? Yet you have the nerve to give advice. What is wrong with you?

going through the process of staggering branches is called puberty, around this time, preflowers SHOULD show if your conditions are good in your grow room, very close together, you understand?

They're just guidelines. Nothing set in stone. You can veg to your hearts desire.

i dont think it is better in anyway to flower on there scheduale i can tell you the longer you veg the more you will yield and i wouldnt complicate the switch when they are healthy and the size you want switch to 12/12.until then most nute companies will say on the bottle keep feeding on last veg feed doesage until you decide to switch.

What he said. Fox Farm label is just a guideline that most strains can now enter flowering, however, when you choose to flip is completely up to you and your plants.

I didn't know this when i first started. My plants could have used another couple weeks of veg. Should NOT have listened to the grow chart from the manufacturer. Lesson learned.

I've heard it's really up to you after the plant reaches 10-14 inches, with at least 9 nodes. But, I've also heard to wait til the plant is strong enuff (8-10weeks of veg) and develops a nice root system. I'm a n00b so I'm learning (to not take bmeats advice..lol) and will have to do more research on that myself. Good luck brother.

You can veg a plant to 4 nodes or you can veg it to 40. The determining factors are mainly

1: Time, how much time are YOU willing to wait for smoke?
2: Headroom, how much vertical room do you have for a plant to grow?

Those two things determine how long someone is going to grow. Seeing as how most people under the assumption you can finish a plant in 3 months from seed. That will leave about 4 weeks for veg. That IMO is the bare minimum you should veg. I and probably everyone else has rushed a plant. We're all guilty of it. The longer you veg, typically the higher yield you will have. Letting the plant fully mature (2-3) months veg would be optimal for premium high yielding bud, but you don't HAVE to.
