my girls are from photoperiod seeds they are 60 days old still in veg only like 15 inches tall have one more month of veg the way it looks by the time i flower them out i'll have almost six months tied up in this grow. how can i speed it up? i need to knock off like 6 weeks. i'm already doing the perpetual grow but any ideas would be great.

Hard to tell without any details of the grow.
Sounds to me like low lighting, too cold, not enough or too much water, not enough nutrients or the wrong kind. Nearly impossible to say without details.
At 35-42 days the plant should look like this...
