The rvk says do not exceed 70degree c air flow.

Im hoping someone has a thermomiter that van measure this? As i cant find this online

This will let me decide wether or not i reposition my rvk to suck or blowbmy cooltube.

Being told make it suck. But on 2 600w does the immediate air exceede 70c?
I know air can have a coolingeffect and not show true temps. So to feel the sir with hand wouldnt be an accurate enough assumption for me to be able to make the swap and sleep soundly at night knowing its above me and my family unpredictably running into chance of failure

You have nothing to worry about. The only way you'll ever draw 70C (158F) temperatures through your cooltube is if either your house is on fire, or you flame a blowtorch into one end.

70c is very very hot. You have any amount of air running through there (or even none) it probably won’t get close to that. The bulb would probably blow out before then.

I guess now is the time to state that another important piece of equipment to have in the grow area are fire extinguishers. A class 'A' and 'C' at minimum, or even a single multi-purpose ABC class unit.
True.. True... Ill tell the mrs

They sell these too if you’re paranoid. The lights and the fixture I don’t sweat especially in the cooltube. It’s all glass and ceramic. Nothing really flammable. Ballasts for the most part are safe but I take some extra precautions because they can be around stuff that is flammable.
