600W HPS Light 120v Lumatek Ballast, problems!?

Anyone else experience their light not turning back on after you turn it off?

Its happened to mine a few times, I usually have to leave it off for a good 20 minutes or so before it will go back on, is this a problem or is it just because its hot?

Yeah this is normal. It's actually a safety feature that prevents you from turning the lamp back on while it is still hot.

All my ballasts are magnetic, and they will have to cool down a bit before they'll re-light after being unplugged. I don't think it's a good idea to plug and unplug them too much, or in too short a time. No reason for that, I just think that it can't be a good thing.
