I have some no name i found at the dollar store. 2$ for a 13w 6500K

I have Globe 13w 5000k i think.

the globes are brighter.. the higher you go in Ks like soft white are they less bright? or are the dollar store lights trash?

I bought them bc its hard to find 6500k at bigger name stores like home depot, Crappy tire wal-mart..

thanks

not where im at.. searched them today. must be alot of cfl growers out here cause they must be low on stock..

and yes its for sprouting abd then cloning.. fuck i would never use anything associated with 13w per light for flowering.

and im using 12 13watters.. 156w total $70 for the whole setup. not bad.

im gonna be growing in a tent. but i wanna set up a nice n cheap lighting station for seedlings and clones seperate from my tent. i may end up buying heavier bulbs. but for now i wanna see how the plants adapt to this setup.

If you live in Canada try going to Princess Auto if theres one around there...
They have alot of cfls, It was a weird thing finding them. But they have 200w to 300w equivalents and also your normal 23w ones
The cheapest place i found. Even ebay didnt compare with there prices. Everything is cheap there, but I have no regrets buying those lights.

actually i shouldnt have put homedepot in there. bc i didnt even go there. lol only went to CT, Wal mart. HD is like an hour+ from me. And that ebay item would be such a sick deal if it wasnt 28 bucks for shipping to canada. its still a good deal. i picked up 6 bulbs for 12 bucks. i cant complain as long as they work well for what im using them for.

thanks guys

I see that 2700 K is much darker than 6500K from the same watts and manufacturer. 6500k can be 15 percent brighter (lumens) than the 2700
