6700K vs 6000k CFL... Wich is best?

Hello all,
I got a CFL 30W with 6700Kº, is it prefered to use a 6000/6500ºK or a 5500ºK instead?

Acording to the PAR chart the 6000ºK or 5500ºK are "optimal" but with this 6700ºK I can get more lumens(I think)... So wich is the best choice?

Go with the 6700K for veg, and then find some ~2700K bulbs when you switch to flower.

6500 is the sweet spot so as close to that as you can all day, everyday.

Soooo... Some say 6700 others 6500... Maybe I should go for the 6500 (for being closer to the 6000) no?
