68% humidity during flowering. Is it ok

Currently at 68 RH lights on. I’m wondering if this is acceptable? Everyone seems to be doing fine 28th day of flower

Second question: I noticed one bud has all orange hairs. Like it decided to mature while the rest aren’t orange. It’s very different than the rest. Do I cut it or let it do it’s thing?

That seems a pretty high level of humidity for flower, I'd Ben concerned about potential mold but far more experienced heads might have a more valuable opinion to offer.

At what temperature are you getting that humidity reading?

High humidity
leads to issues later in flower not the first few weeks...I would buy a dehumidifier if you don't live in a climate that gets cold winter weather

All fem. I thought that too but no signs of herm. I get cold winter weather so maybe I’ll be ok then?

Temp was 68f today. Max was 70 in tent. 68rh. Before today my temps were usually 77f/64rh

What's ths dew point in your room?

Makes me wonder if I should stick my ballast back to the hood of the cmh so it’s inside the tent and raises the temp. That would lower humidity too right

you can have 80% during light on, but when those lights go out, you MUST get it under 50%.. Even if you have good air movement, under 50% light out is a must to be totally safe from mold. If its cool and high humidity at night, is even worse. Like said above, that dew point will give u PM and bud rot fairly quickly.

The easiest way I have found to lower humidity is via airflow. In your case with lower temps, I would just put an inline fan on the upper left side of the tent. Seal all holes you can (drawstrings most of the time). Then open the bottom right vent hole and let it blow the humidity away. Having the air exit from the floor level will also help make sure you're getting rid of colder air and the warmer air will stay in the tent more.
