6x6x7

i have a room 6x6x7 tall. bubbleponics, scrog, been using 400w but want to upgrade. i am wondering what to upgrade my lighting to. price is not an issue. considering a blockbuster reflector, any ideas as to wattage. would 1000 be overkill in this size area? also is anyone using a luxor and if so do you think i have enough height for that reflector

One of my flower rooms is 6x6x7 and I have two 600s and a bare 600 in the middle I use periodically throughout flower which give me about 8,000 lumens per square foot but that room sits at over 5,000 lumens per square foot most of the time with just the two 600s.
If monthly bill is not an issue I'd do two 1,000 in that space, at 8,600 lumens per square foot it's more than enough, not really overkill but more then enough. As for reflectors I have no clue. I mostly use basic open winged reflectors that spread light just fine for me as I don't have high temp issues.

1,000 watts in a 36 square foot room is only about 4,000 lumens per square foot so that is nowhere near overkill.

may i ask how you have taken care of your heat
