75F canopy temps 65F lower branch temps

So I'm having a bit of a problem finding any information on the internet even in the books I have about the optimum canopy to bottom branch temperatures should be. For instance my problem is that my canopy is a solid 75 degrees but my lower branches are around 65-68 degrees and my cold air intake is from outside through a 400 cfm fan using 30ft of duct with a pusherfan in the middle releasing cold air over the ground. I live in Colorado so it getscold in the winter its 12 degrees right now. But my air coming out my inline is about 55 degrees so it's by no means freezing plants are in a 4x4 area under 1000 watt hps 18 inches away in flower I already understand I could raise my light and turn down the inline fan to get a more steady temp but that's not the point your optimum lumens without bleaching your plants will sit within 12-18 inches and you can test this yourself with a lux reader and these are using hortilux 1000 watt hps my readings come out to around 50k lux which is just about optimum anything over 75k and you may burn your plants of they arnt resilient so there is a maximumdistance in which you can come close to your plants with a 1000 watt hid when I move it from 18 to 24 i would lose half of my lux reading at 20k lux!! Light loses its intensity over very short legths so it's vital everyoneunderstands this and a reason why the light is so close . so raising the light is out of the question. Now back to the topic . is the 65F lower temp and 75F canopy temp going to effect my yields or should I intake the cold air and release it from the top of the room? I know hear rises and cold air sinks. But I was wondering in my case of It would mix the air more evenly if I had cold intake from the ceiling? It is in a garage in a 4x8 tent so you know thedeminsions and I used a laser thermometer throughout the whole test in the room. What's going to be the best method to mix the air at a even rate. And is this tempature gap really that big of a deal? The help would be extremely helpful for me and future growers around. Any info will be greatly appreciated. The plants are up to my chest as well so there is a good 5 feet from the floor to the canopy but even a foot below the canopy its sitting around 70 and then 65-68 on the lower third of the plant all the way to the floor. The room is completely insulated I think it has to do with intake positioning possibly
