8x20 ft area

hey all
i'm thinking about setting up a new grow in a 8x20 area, i only have 3500 watts to work with and am looking for the best highest yeilding setup, i am looking for all the ideas everyone wants to share including grow type, lights watering and air circulation.
right know i am thinking about 2 tables at 3x20 with a 2 ft walkway in the middle. soil grow for simplicity a couple of circulating fans and 4 600 watt lights on 6ft tracks. i have very little practical knowledge and amm taking most of what i know from books so i am looking forward to hearing from you experienced growers

i haven't biult it yet, am hoping to get help planning it so i don't make a bunch of mistakes.
