9 day old Auto Sweet Tooth seedlings looking a little sickly

I have 2 Sweet tooth auto seedings that started in Root riot and then put in final pot a few days ago.. they are growing well but one of them the big four bottom leaves look a little wispy and weak and pne leaves looks very dodgy.
I have not given them any nutes yet.
Any advise?
