9 plants per sq ft or 1 plant per sq ft in SOG?!?!?!?!?

hey im a newbie who would really apreciate help from anyone who is willin ...

i be studying al b fucts two week harvest .. and im very interested in sog style growing ..

i made a diy ebb and flood table and am looking too maximize the space of my 2x3 inch tray

i aslo will be using one 1000w hps to light all four of my 2x3 trays .. will it be enough light .. well here is the pic of my home made tray ..

comments/advice/tips are very appreciated

i got the at menards.. i attached the photos at the top of thread..

right now i just made the one in the picture...
but thats why im asking cuz i was gonna make 3 more of the exact same table for every two week period as shown in the al b fuct " how to harvest every two weeks"

so 24 plants ber tray ?????

how much will that yield me roughly???

cuz in the "harvest ever 2 week" thread it says
1 plant per square foot ... but everyone keeps giving me different amounts ...

does it matter if theyre crowded???
