Wow, thats a mouthful. Haha, well I decided to move my thread over here due to the fact that I am now an HPS user and the CFL's are not being used at all anymore.
Some people like to keep they're threads over on the CFL forum when they get an HPS but they all usually are using at least one CFL to make the cut for the forum!
This is my first grow, I am growing from clone and I put the baby right into flowering after 3-5days of vegging. She is loving the HPS more than any of the CFL's that I had. (Total of 296watts of cfls) My temperatures have dropped immaculately from the HPS upgrade and I have also added a lot of accessories to my open closet cab!
I purchased a roll of the insulation from Home Depot and have lined the area around my light for better reflectivity, while I was there I also saw the Febreeze air purifier, I was reading the package and noticed that it uses a Carbon Filter so I purchased it for only 10$ and bought an extra Carbon Filter and slapped 2 carbon filters instead of just having one, it seems to be controlling the little amount of smell that this plant is putting off quite well.
Yesterday was the 1 week mark from 12/12 and I am starting to see pistils in a few places. I am hoping after this week the flowering really starts to kick in!
