A/C questions

so idk if this is dumb or not but is the air out of the backs of window air conditioners harmful? i hav a 10'*5'*8' room i have a false wall in the middle of the room to make sure theres postitively no light but the temperature gets super hot if the door stays closed while the lights on so i want to put a window air conditioner in the false wall to keep the side with the plants chilled but idk if this is dangerous and ihave been going from thread to thread and having found the exact answer im looking for

You would just have to put some sort of duct so the A/C unit has air to pull from....your talkin about putting the back of the a/c unit in the wall right?

in the false wall yes not the actual wall im trying to avoid having to cut any holes

As long as the air can be pulled from somewhere it'll work fine

so will it still stay cool with the hot air being recirculated? and will the fumes damage mine or my crops health?

No wall is ever air tight unless built that way...even poking a pencil sized hole in the wall will help

Fresh air is best hence poking a small hole...it will bring air from elsewhere
