a couple quick question

ok couple questions 1st grow
what exactly is "flushing"
what is S C R O G
what is lst
and any other abrivaitons like that i cant seem to find anyone saying what the letters mean or what flushing is id assume watering intill water runs out the bottom?

FLUSHING = Watering your plants with 4 times the amount of water than their pot size in order to FLUSH any build up from the soil

SCROG = Screen Of Green

LST = Low Stress training
