I'm Going on 4 weeks of flowering, the white hairs getting long but the leaves are curling and the leaves feel rough tips are brown. I know a nute problem, so can I put it in new soil and hope it gets healthy, or is it to late.

4 weeks into flower, you might be further off to flush your soil, before you think of transplanting. IMO

Daaabears lost tooo daaalions. Yayyyy! Lol. Pics w lights off r much better. Just wait n do right before lights come on!

Inexpensive soil NPK test kit takes the guess work out of what she needs or has too much of! Like $13 on ebay

I Heard flushing not a good thing. I may just ride it out idk
If ur gonna ask for our help them consider what advice we give you....you can ask about flushing with anyone all different answers...personally i dont flush I just give straight water maybe twice the.normal amount so at the end of flower last two weeks I give just straight tap water gallon n half each

FLUSH! Set her on a screen over a drain and pour about 3 gallons of water through her and let it drain. When the soil begins to dry out again start the nute regimen over at half-strength. Pics would be helpful. At about week 5 of flowering most indica dominant strains will start to use nutrients differently as the life cycle of the plant begins to reach its end. This could be normal or it could be a deficiency, or it could be nute burn. Flushing wont hurt either way. Flush, post some pics, follow advice.

The reason I say flush. 4 weeks into flower. your roots in flower slow way down.
your plants switching from Veg. to Flower.
IMO- the lesser of to evils flush/transplant.

When we see your Pics, it might be just a deficiency.

Flushing can hurt ur running multiple gallons of water through the root system.it can get shocked

Very true.

A drastic reduction in rootzone EC can cause reverse osmosis in the roots. Whereby they stop up taking nutrient ions and start excrete water.

The plant looks under watered. Do you soak your pot to run-off when you feed/water? I don't see burning or nute damage in the 1st picture.

Awww dude, That's not nute burn. that's a deficiency. Looks like a Mag deficiency. What nutes are you using? full strength? how often? My Blueberrys don't ever get deficient in Mag, but my OGs leaves start curling under if I don't give them CalMag once a week. A soil test kit may be helpful. Are you watering enough? btw, I have never had or seen a bad result from flushing a plants soil. just sayin'.

Leaves curling under.

What could it be, lack of Potassium, Copper, Zink, over fertilisation?

My guess would be to add a little Potassium enriched with trace elements such as Copper and Zink.
