A dying plant is it root rott, over water or what?

Hi got 2 x 250w red spectrum Cfl's in closet with 4 big babies,
oscilating fan present and good extraction although no "air in"
One of the plants is wilting quite badly, they are in 3 weeks of flower. I'm not sure but have i over watered? the top leaves of the plant have curled down twisted, and then i think browned by the heat of the lamps. the pot has seemed to take ages to dry out, and there is like a white fur growing on some of the leaves, it smells a bit mouldy aswell, although the middle downwards of the plant looks fine. ph is high at around 7.0.
i'm panicking now and sparying and flushing with just water, as i was using terrabloom at full strength. My temps are fine but humidity is high varying from 65-85 I cant seem to lower this? should i take it out of there? any advise please? thanks

heres a good one "is it sativa or indica?

AND HERE THE BAD ONE, it possibly started with like a white fur growing on the leaves, whats wrong with her?

BY THE WAY THESE ARE NOT MINE the pics where stolen of the internet for a science project im doing in school

im crap sorry
sounds like to me my friend that you have a mold problem.think of it as someone(the mold)is trying to suffocate your plants.no air, no breathing, no good. get some more air in to try and bring down that humidity a bit, that should help a little. then spray them with some fungis defender or what ever you have around(any home depot or garden shop should have it).DO NOT over treat(go by what the bottle say). spray them when the lights are off...rinse them off the next off light cycle. and take your time too make sure that you get every leaf.risne them good... spray again in a 3 or more day's if there is still sign's of mold(do not over treat, this can kill your plants bad if you over medicate!!!)...

but really this is just a geuss, get some pic so we can really help you.........................................happy growing, and good luck

Get the humidity under control..but if you use any anti-fungal stuff get the one for fruits, as its safe for humans...really dude more info is needed to help...I get the panic of losing a plant, but getting all jumpy won't get you results...

Luck
