A few ????? on water curing ?

I am curing my buds submerged in water, does the tempeture of the water make a huge difference?, is keeping it in the fridge wise? I would love to talk with a experienced water curer, i have the bud floating in about 2 inches of water, with piece of light model wood holding it under the water it is completely submereged and still with the top off the mason jar, Sound good? thanks alot,, i love this website

i water cured once and i did it in a quart jar that i kept in my bedroom closet so temps about 75 degrees and when it came time for drying i had a fan blowing right on it until it was ready for a bowl. the reason i did it was because i got some moldy bud. it ruined the taste and looks but salvaged the bud.
