Is the light close enough (~1-2ft)? Is there a chance that any light is leaking in during the 12 hour dark period?

yeah that is stretched, i would top that personally, which will slow height growth and divert energy into bud production.

sounds like the light leaks screwed you up a bit ... i would suggest either topping or FIMing .. ( a little, not too much so as not to stress her too much more) .. then put your light schedual at 10 on and 14 off ... just a suggestion ..

I think more than a bit, P haze is a quick flower.

soo.. its been a week and my purple is still growing slowly  ..

i fixed i few problems with the lights and i made it exact 2 fts high above the plant

and stopped giving more nutrients / plus i changed my ph from 6.8 to 6.5

the plant is still growing perfectly but i know there is wrong with the budding , maybe it needs more time or maybe i need more opinions :? i dnt know if i am doing it right ?!!

Never be afraid to hack 'em short. Sounds worse than it is, and it's quite often the answer(same amount of energy, less plant) Another possible cause I havn't seen posted could be your nutes, too much nitrogen will keep the plant in veg stage longer than you want... I've never had this problem indoors, but outdoors I grabbed the wrong bag and I had a bright green 12' plant that refused to start budding untill October 1. The only thing we could figure out was too much nitrogen and the plant just wouldn't kick over...

The problem is that i have been using the same only one nute , and from where i live its hard to get these proper nutrients for my plant .... but i know this friend and he knows i quite bit about growing and he said its better to start feeding 6.5 ph water without extra nutrients when starting flowering stage and i have been doing that since ...my latest conclusion for my problem is i think it takes longer for a plant untopped to form its bud than the topped one ..is it ? :S

I know if you top a plant that you have to wait a month before flowering in order to let the hormornes get to a normal level, other than that I havn't heard of a topped plant budding faster. Some strains just take longer to bud, could be from a little extra stress during veg. With any luck, she's gettin' ready to bust out like crazy... goodluck
