A question about heat and fans

Ok so this is first indoor grow and am starting to get all my stuff organised. Chamber is 175cm x 105cm x 55cm. Question is this haw big a fan will I need to empty chamber and if im running a 400 HPS will I need a vented cool tube or would this be a bit of over kill.

Edit: Also with the tube will this then mean I need 2 fans (an intake and blower) as I have read that its not good to suck air from tube into fan as this can cause heat biuld up in fan and cause fire or is that a load of crap

My grow space is alot bigger prob 6x6ft. but I'm trying to figure out the same thing. How much cooling should a 400 watt hps need.... I was looking into squirrel cage fans but prices vary widely depending on cfms.

I do know that if you are pushing air through a filter squirrel cages fans are good for working under a load. Anyone have advise on amount of CFM's required to cool a 400 watt grow room sufficiently(pushing thru homemade filter into another room)? Is it as simple as adding up the cubic feet of grow space and finding a fan that matches that number in CFM?
I know I've read somewhere a formula for figuring out how much CFMs u should need for a grow space while pushing through a carbon filter, but that should vary depending on type of lights... in this case 400 watt hps.
