A question regarding flowering and immature plants.

Howdy folks, as the title says, I'm doing a very experimental grow and here's a slight concern of mine which I want to share and get your opinions for!

Here's the deal, I'm growing 4 plants, 2 x Blueberry X Lemon Haze X Skunk 1, 1x Sour Diesel X Skunk 1 and 1x Purple Haze. I'm using soil, not PH'ed but plants love it so far. My light is a 400W MH and I'm using 4 hours of direct sunlight on my balcony whenever I can to produce some better bud development. I vegged the plants for 22 days, since beginning of germination and then I switched them to 12/12, so far it's been 17 days under 12/12 and what worries me is that buds don't yet develop. I can see sex, pistils coming from the beginnings of the big fan leaves but yet no buds, the branches are immature and stuff ... My logic tells me that they were very premature when I switched them to 12/12 which is the reason, 'cause they showed their sex about from 7 to 3 days ago I could have been certain, of course Blue Berries showed faster than all, followed by Purple Haze and lastly Sour Diesel.

Now is my assumption and understanding correct? I don't have much of growing space so that's why I'm focusing on LST and very small period of vegetation.

growing from seed will always have a longer transition from veg to flower than a mature clone, 12/12 from seed is viable and most hybrids wil still give an oz+ if grown correctly. when growing from seed you will have no idea how much the plants grows once flowering begins so better to start them early if you are short of space

Yeah, my previous grow, using similar specs but 1.5 months of vegetation the sex was shown on the 5 - 8 day range and buds were already getting to a point on the 22th day of flowering. :P So I guess this is what matters, but hearing it from an expert will calm my tits brainstorming for possible mistakes.

it could be a number of reasons, temps, pk def, calcium def, strain but also 22 days is like the kick off point to start seeing flowering. my plants are about the same into flowering and ive only seen flowering for about the past 7 days. "just be patient" (my 2 cents)

there are probably a few things that are different to your last grow, minor or major the plants will still perform differently.
so long as they are getting 12 hours of uninterrupted darkness and the temps are being as kept as stable as possible there is not much else you can do but wait and keep them healthy.:weed:

Fuck, meant 1.5 months of vegetation above ... Not flowering ... Where is the edit button in rollitup?!

Haha indeed, the only major difference is the light and that the plants are exactly 2 times smaller than they were the last grow, it makes sense out of it, thanks for the participation guys! :)
