So I was just surfing on the drudge report and I saw something that put a smile on my face. "Feds yield marijuana jurisdiction to the states" So the conflict between state law and federal law on medical cannabis is NO MORE!!! Today is great and that put me in a great mood. Yea, its not totally legal yet but you must admit it is a great step in the right direction. This means no more DEA raids on dispensaries!!! Who else is excited as hell about this? Finally when they see what a positive effect it has and how much taxes they're going to get now, the truth is getting out. +1 rep for cali!!!
