[FONT=&]A little over a month ago was searching for a place to grab some seeds after alot of searching and seeing one of the other seedbanks had a major website flaw. I decided to place an over with attitude. I ordered guaranteed shipping with the wallet. The order was:
1 x 3 auto pounder (still in packs)[/FONT]
[FONT=&]1 x 1 berry ryder (single)
[/FONT][FONT=&]and the May promo + freebees (La Chocolat. Northern lights x big bud (auto,fem) , purple maroc , Afghan kush)[/FONT]
About a week or so later I got my package and it looked as if it had been opened and resealed. There was no green tape I seen pictures of the "green customs tape" . So upon opening the package I was saddened to find only a wallet inside and no beans no cards or anything that I read normally comes with packages. So I sent attitude an email explaining what was going on how I was ticked off that only a dollar store wallet was inside and not the real reason I paid $90. They replied a day later asking me for a photo. I thought they meant a photo of the wallet because I hard already threw the envelope out. They replied back asking about the package and I emailed right back explaining the situation to them and just asked if they would honor the guarantee.
They emailed me back explaining that normally they need a picture of the envelope but that they would resend my order with my next purchase. I wasn't that happy but I can also understand they can't just take peoples word for it they would be out of business. So I went ahead (on Wednesday) and found the cheapest decent single bean I could find and bought it. It came with a freebie that was of a higher value then the one I paid for.
I paid for regular shipping and emailed attitude telling them I placed my order and to add my previous order in honoring there guarantee .
A half a day later I received an email saying it was done. I also got 2 automated emails from attitude telling me my order was updated and I got a tracking number.
I tracked it for a few days and the order was received today. 4-5 days (I was surprised) . So now to the contents this time around no wallet was inside but it did contain:

1 x fem bubble bud
and 1 free Pakistan Valley (fem)

They must of swapped the [FONT=&]purple maroc and la choclat , for Northern lights x skunk and crazy miss hyde both strains look killer so I'm not complaining.
So overall I was pissed off my first package was lost but that wasn't attitudes fault , I'm thinking someone at the post office got sticky fingers because its been over a month and I haven't received a letter knock on wood. I'm happy got some genetics , attitude proved there customer service to me so far so good I will be ordering from them again. [/FONT]
