I've come across some nice sets of LED light systems on ebay. I'm very low budget so some of these smaller sets would be perfect for my small grow. Check them out and see if any are worth it to you.

http://shop.ebay.com/i.html?_nkw=LED+grow+lights&_sacat=0&_trksid=p3286.m270.l1313&_odkw=LED+lights&_osacat=0

Things to keep in mind:
Light spectrum - red / blue
wavel length 400 - 700 nanometers
3000-6500 kelvin
Total output, Leds put out more light for their wattage so read the print

Hope this might help someone

from the research ive done on leds , buying cheap on ebay is going to get you a bunch of worthless equipment . my local grow shop has a double sided tent with 2 different brands of led panels (i dont recall the models but they were a 400 and a 500 and they cost above 500$). i noticed the plants didnt grow as fast as they did with the 600 watt hps/mh (in a 3rd tent in the store) but they did there job , although it took longer to get desired results. basically what im getting at is if this very nice expensive equipment produces what it does then these small inexpensive pos on ebay wont do what you want it to.
