A whole lotta light

I have a 5x5x7 grow space. My aero set up is about 4x4x2. I am going to buy a dual cool tube http://www.bghydro.com/BGH/customkititems.asp?kc=HLHPS10CTD&eq= This will be 2000w of light for my first grow...after that one I am going to buy another 4x4 set up and then use the same light on a light mover to acompany the two set ups (bigger room)...My question is will the 2000w of light be too much for the single 4x4 set up? I am not concered about heat cuz the lights will be cooled by an ac unit. But these will be from seed to harvest so I'm wondering if they can take that much light at the begining. And if anyone has any help or opinions on this set up.

i have a 1000w dual-spectrum (600 HPS and 400 MH) that i got from bghydro and it lights up my 4x2x5 area no problem. as long as you can keep it cool (you have the AC) - I think you should be OK.

seedlings and new clones cant take that much light you will have to have a startup light to get seedling and clones established. In a small 4x4 area you really only need 1 1000 watt light.Make sure you get digital switchable ballast if your gonna get those big of lights since it only makes since as the digis are actually cheaper now

Too much light would not be a concern, you have the heat situation under-control - However I think you should go with a florescent to establish your clones. Question? Why have you decided to go with so much light?

this is toned down, he started with a 120 station aero system. Check out t-5's. 2-4'8 tube. 880watts 80,000 lumens right on top of the plant start to finish. VV

I have so much light cuz I am going to run 2 36 sites once I get the hang of the first 36 site. I want to have that dual fixture becuz I like it the best for what I am doing and the dimensions are perfect for that 4x4 table on a light mover.

when you say you want a continuous grow are you going to be growing from seed each time? i suggest you veg your first set up and keep a couple mother plants in your veg area... then clone them each time you want more in your flower area. that would be the best use of the two areas i think. unless you dont' want to clone.

Ya that is what I am going to do, first will all be from seed, but I will keep about 4 of the best to use as mothers for the different strains. I decided when I was buying yesterday that I was going to go with just the one 1000w light. I thought the dual was overkill. So I got the single cool breeze light with a solarmax 147,000 lum light. Ordered all greenhouse feminized seeds...A.M.S, Big Bang, Himlayan Gold, and The Church. Also got the best of the best in advancent nutirents. Will start a journel once all gets in.

Just to let you know, I did not like my cool tubes. The have alot of hot spots, and if you don't have them on a light mover, well they piss me off. Not Kiddin
