About a week and a half into flowering..

All the tops have buds forming.. but are they buds? I have grown males before, and it seems as though these buds look similar to the pollen sacks on a male. Are they supposed to look similar at first? I bought "feminized" seeds.. and both plants look the same. They look like little sacks..
