AC gages ?????

Just rented some ac gauges to install my mini split and there the wrong type (134. and 12), mine is r410a. Is it still possible to use them and figure out what the difference between 410 and 134 would be. Say if i need 76cmhg(410) I could equate what that would be in r22 and just use that number on gauge?

The connections are different , 410 runs at a lot higher pressures. I would go rent a set of proper gauges so you know you got it right.
