AC/heating unit OR seperated units?

I got quick question what people think?
room is 3m x 3.5m and 2 small tents in the middle Im thinking about AC unit something like this

its 12000BTU but 3.2kW ;o but also has heating unit, that could be usefull in winters I recon.

Is it worth getting this ac/heater unit or I rather focus on only AC/dehumidifier unit and seperatly get heating unit (heating tubes) inside my tent for winters?

would this Electriq ac unit would work? or should I get seperate units?
Like AC like 8k BTU
and heat tubes for winters
and seperate dehumidifier
