adding liquid npks?

i have a fertiliser 4-2-6 made from maze,rye and grass 30ml a l , and i have a fertiliser made from beets and potatoes with a 4-2-8 30ml a l, if i added 15ml of each, would i just have the meet in the middle 4-2-7?
how would i work it out i want to use them both but cant work out how to combine them,

but if i wana add some 2-4-1 fish hydroly 1 Tablespoon per Gallon to push the p how would i then add this but makesure i stay under the k? (aim 6-5- 8
