Additives for more dense buds?

If you're not using 6-27 bottles of nutes, you're probably doing something right.
You don't automatically get better bud quality by dumping more stuff in the pot but you're much more likely to end up with crispy critters for plants.

Thats all the feed they need or want, more sidelight and a better tuned environment enhances buds.
I didn't supercrop these so there are lower nodes that won't really produce much. Can I still go in and clip the lower nodes off at this stage without hurting the rest of the plant?

Keep this in mind for dense buds:

1. Genetics
2. Temperature (too hot can fluff up and ruin bud density)
3. Light (need plenty of it)
4. K (potassium) is used to build mass in fruits so make sure it’s not short and as close to max as possible without burning the plant with it.
5. Overall plant health (vague but you get the gist, green leaves no spots etc etc)

Tick all those and you’ll have some nice dense buds!

I'd just leave the lowers and use them for hash or edibles. They will not "Steal" nutes from the tops. If you feed properly and keep the plants healthy everything will grow to its potential. If you cut them off now you'll reduce your yield. Those lowers can be processed. If you really feel the need to cut them off they're your plants. But removing them is not going to improve the final results of the rest of the plant.

Good point - you can also stage harvest to gain more mass to those lower buds thus increasing yields even further!

I just harvest the decent sized buds and then strip that stuff off the stem and throw it in a tray to dry. After a few grows I have enough saved up to go get some dry ice and process it. It turns into great dry ice hash.

Never tried dried dry ice hash. I actually enjoy a little popcorn. I find the high is different to the top buds. And variety is the spice of life!

Hang around the organic section, you'll find little tips like spray buds with epsom and a few drops of armor Si. once a week till week 6.Really brings out smell and flavor. But not too strong.
