Adequate NPK values for nutes in soil for vegging and flowering?

Hello all, I'm curious for some ideas on healthy N-P-K values for plants vegging and flowering in soil. For instance would a 30-15-30 be ok for vegging? If not, then what would you suggest instead? What about for flowering?

Any fertilizer with a ratio of NPK of 3-1-2 is good for veg. At flowering switch to something with a low N and high P. 30-15-30 is pretty high dose of fertilizer, especially at the beginning. If Using this I would consider using it half strength.
