Advanced Nutrients Revive! Anyone?

Hi! have anyone used this before? I was wondering if I should just use it for one week alone. or if i should add my other nutrients like Grow, Micro, Bloom?

Please learn about NPK and other plant nutrients. Don't choose what to buy by the pictures on the bottle.
