Ok so I have a 6 foot long by 5 foot deep and around 7 foot high grow box with a 1000watt light.
I have a Twin Window Fan made by Westpointe which both sides intake the hot air. It is placed at the top of the box. I tried finding the CFM's but no luck and I even called the hotline which they didn't know either. Heres pic...

In addition I have a Holmes relatively powerful oscillating fan blowing the air all around the room.

I still need to find a way to get fresh air in though. I am thinking of buying some ducting and tape it to my window and have it run along the floor and through the bottom of the box. Thing is I cant keep the window open becuase Im in a particularily cold state and winter is fast approaching. Plus I dont want the neighbors to see silver ducting and get curious. Even though the room is below ground and the window is blocked by a bit of shubbery. I am thinking of just opening the window from the hours of 9-2 pm so that the area gets fresh air and then close it back up. I would like to know how to get around this slight problem. Thanks
