Advice after leaving lights on by accident

So I usually turn lights off b4 work at 12pm and they go back on at 1230am.

I accidentally left light on on tent when my plant is on day 57 of flower.

She is almost ready I was planning on giving her a few more days or week at most. Technically I think I can chop now and be ok but wanted more amber.

Anyway, now that I left the light on and can't turn off until I get home which will be after she has had a full 24hrs of light should i just chop?
will the stress of 24 with lights on this late make it pointless to wait a week?
Side note.. I was planning on watering when I got home because she was pretty dry this morning already. She will probably be very droopy tonight.

I read 24hrs of darkness is a myth bro science stuff but Dr bugby said 24 hrs of light will be better. So maybe if I harvest tonight it should be OK but again, i wanted to let her go so I could get a more sedated high. Also if I harvest tonight she will be very dry which is against advice since longer dry is better.

I'm afraid if I let her go she might try to reveg?

To make things worse, the vpd is like 2.1 and she's dry

Please any advice from experience?
Ty

I'd keep an eye on her. Sometimes they herm on you. So check for balls and pluck them. You should be fine if it was only once.

Go back to normal schedule???
So keep lights on until tomorrow at 12pm? Then the lights will have been on for 36hrs. Are you sure that's what you're suggesting??

I didn't do the math before posting . I myself would turn off the light now and resume the proper cycle when the lights were coming on before .

They dont look quite ready yet, like they need 2-3wks. Especially if you want more amber, if it ambers it should be plenty amber by then. Its genetics. Some need a lot more time to amber.

As for herms and seeds, I just harvested a whole plant one branch at a time turning led on and off with a clone beside it. No seeds 10 weeks full. I even chopped an oz off it but realized too early so turned light off after an hour.

It needs a while of that to reveg, one or two events shouldnt matter much. Seeds take a while to form and your plants are pretty close, I wouldnt worry. They look real great, nice and healthy, better than mine typically look.

I actually always have a tough time distinguishing between clear and cloudy trichomes.

But I used the ubc wifi microscope max see camera and there was decent amount of amber throughout. So I figured another week will be ok. I am not a big fan of the amount of white pistols that haven't turned brown yet but I read that's not a very consistent way to tell if she's ready.

I am a beginner grower so haven't had a lot of experience in knowing when exactly to harvest.

If I go home and turn off light then turn back on at 12pm (which will have been after 12hrs of darkness) b4 work then I don't like that I am not home to control temp. I have a ac that I've been using but sometimes I need to adjust it which I can't unless I'm home.
I can't believe one mistake and it create this whole mess.

At this point it seems like I should keep them on for the 36 hrs until tomorrow b4 work like usual or just chop.

Fuck!

People also say the opposite, which I go by the hairs it signals a plant is still growing. It would be chopping a plant that was clearly still growing. While you can do that, youre missing out on what the plant is supposed to be like when its done.

All you can do from there is let it amber if you want that which can take a while if thats just not how the genetics are. I would worry more about going too long losing terps, potency and growing seeds. I just wouldnt worry if its within 3 wks but as said if your going 3 wks past all orange hairs.

I could of sworn most people do that here and Im known to chop asap. Chopping asap can be tricky, you have to really call it right. I just struggled with a clone out of 3 growing. Two were easy and one was just having me in circles. It can be tricky and sometimes its real easy, no white hairs, no more growth.

I wouldnt use that trichome scoper thing if its meant to tell you the ratio. It reminds me of the same thing but ones that tell you what the thc percent is, its just not possible.

If I dont have patience for all red hairs I can chop with isolated areas still having some whites on it still growing. I just look at it as ok its 98% done its all ready weed just sitting there asking to be harvested with just a few pop corns with a few whites on them.

With maybe literally just a white hair here and there looking very hard for them on a bud here and there, like a dozen or less and thats a generous number. Its hard to do but people just say when in doubt wait it out another two weeks. If you want it asap though sometimes I have to do call it early as explained.

I turn it all to flower rosin though so thats good enough. Honestly when I press I think damn it looks like some well done weed. When I harvest it too. It puts on a lot of wait around that time too. Its just better weed lol.

Have one but was so mad when it went on during night for 1.5 hrs from not pressing button all the way in. Happened 2 days in a row that I caught. Lucky she didn't herm from that.

I see now I should definitely wait another 1 to 2 weeks and keep checking.

The question is how to go about getting back on schedule.. really need to be home while she's lights on.... and I work from 12pm to 12am

Just noticed the Vivosun pic. Can’t you set times for your equipment with it?

Heh long story.
Basically I had the aero light 200se connected to controller but moved that light to veg tent and put ks3000 in vivosun tent.

Tried to connect it with the controller but couldn't. And vivosun has only email customer service and they were off no help anyway. Tried every which way except the correct way I guess.
So now the vivosun aerolightse is connected to e42 but it's in another tent. Lol. I know it's sounds odd .

Turn the lights off as soon as you can and opt for a longer dark period, rather than a longer lights on period until you're reset

This seems like the best option.
It will mean that she's going from 24 hrs of light then directly to 24 hrs of darkness and also I'll have to water while she is in the dark. She'll be 24 hrs with no light but water. I'll just water minimum to keep her ok.

Ugh.
