advice needed

Can i have some advices on flowering stage growth?

I don't know when to switch to flowerint stage as I have a 78 inch or 200 cm hight tent.
My feminized white widow plants are around 15-19 inch or 40-50 cm high.
Do they grow 50 %, double or triple in size after switching to flowering?
I would like to maximize the yield so I dont wanna end up with a small plant but would like to avoid overgrowing the tent, what would be disastrous

Now I have 5 plant under 600w, flowering will be 1000w mhs.
So guys, help me out here

Count on your plant doubling in height. Typically, the stretch will fall somewhere between 1.5-2.5 times the height, other strains more than triple in height (but not all that many in my experience).

If one plant gets too tall in the flower stretch period, I just supercrop it.

I agree with spek9 ... when I grow a strain for the first time I assume it will double in size, unless it's a pure sativa or sativa dominant hybrid, then I assume it will grow by 2.5 times it's starting height. White widow is pretty balanced hybrid, so I'd flip when it's half your target height
