First of all I want to say thanks for the wealth of knowledge you gurus have made available; I've learned a lot, but still have far to go.
I'm planning my first grow. I'm limited on space, so I'll be getting a DR60 rev2.5 (2x2x5.5ft ) tent to run a ScrOG with 1 or 2 plants. Will be growing from clones, and doing vegging and flowering in the same space (will maintain a bonzai mother in a computer chassis grow box for clones).
I am currently planning a lamp for this setup, and I would like your advice. I'm really keen to make it as efficient as possible. I'm envisioning a square lamp, "veg mode" running 1 or 2 5000k cobs placed centrally on the panel, and a "flower mode" where both the central 5000k cob(s) and 2700-3500k cobs at the edges are turned on.
I need advice on what wattage I should aim for when doing a small ScrOG like this with cxb3590's. I want to run the 5000k's the lowest current possible; will 1 cob be enough in terms of light coverage, or should I aim for 2? Is there an efficiency and/or temperature difference between 72v / 36v cobs at comparable levels of wattage? What combination of cobs and currents would you go for when designing a panel like this?
Thanks in advance
