Advice on DIY LED lamp for 2x2ft ScrOG tent

First of all I want to say thanks for the wealth of knowledge you gurus have made available; I've learned a lot, but still have far to go.

I'm planning my first grow. I'm limited on space, so I'll be getting a DR60 rev2.5 (2x2x5.5ft ) tent to run a ScrOG with 1 or 2 plants. Will be growing from clones, and doing vegging and flowering in the same space (will maintain a bonzai mother in a computer chassis grow box for clones).

I am currently planning a lamp for this setup, and I would like your advice. I'm really keen to make it as efficient as possible. I'm envisioning a square lamp, "veg mode" running 1 or 2 5000k cobs placed centrally on the panel, and a "flower mode" where both the central 5000k cob(s) and 2700-3500k cobs at the edges are turned on.

I need advice on what wattage I should aim for when doing a small ScrOG like this with cxb3590's. I want to run the 5000k's the lowest current possible; will 1 cob be enough in terms of light coverage, or should I aim for 2? Is there an efficiency and/or temperature difference between 72v / 36v cobs at comparable levels of wattage? What combination of cobs and currents would you go for when designing a panel like this?

Thanks in advance

Yes, one Mars led or cob of about 200 actual watts (400w advertised). I use 1 Mars 700w (320w actual) and 1 400w cob over 1 square meter 3.2ft X 3.2 ft SCROG with great results. You must SCROG with led's as they don't penetrate very well past say 6-7". If you want your plant to grow fast and be strong and healthy then following recipie will work:
*LED
*SCROG
*DWC
*Hybrid strains
This works every time and you will usually end up with more than you need or were expecting of very strong stuff. We all know by know and it's been proven that led's grow better quality stuff in the resin department. I'm over HID but will still use my old 600w HPS in the middle of winter I think. The yield size just can't be beat.

CXB will outperform everything on the market watt for watt. $ for $ is another story, but we are talking LED, none of them can compete $ for $ as the cost is still too high being new and constantly improving tech. It's either expensive or it easily outclassed.

DIY CXB or DIY Vero is the only way I can recommend an LED solution.

170w of CXB run at conservative load will put you in the sweet spot for light energy at normal CO2 levels, heat, and humidity.

To make a dual mode light you would probably go with 6 total COBs, 2 for 5000-6500k for veg, 4 2700-3500k for flower. I would go 2700-3000 if you intend to run the 5000-6500k during flower (yes, I would run it.)
