Advice on moving forward with my grow.

Hey fam , third grow ever coming up real soon. First two were failures. The first failed due to electrical issues with the house I was in and the second failed recently due to a basement flood. After the basement flood I had to replace a lot of equipment. Some due to water/sewage damage and some due to thievery on the part of the cleaning company who came in to do the work. So naturally I upgraded what I could. I am currently working with a 4x8 Galaxy grow tent and 1 630wns growers choice cmh and a 630w grow Co cmh. 2 ipower 6" intake/exhaust fans.i am also I also have a AC available and dehumidifier. I'm using nectar for the gods along with teas for my feedings. I'm in legal state so I'm trying to stay in my 12 plant count. What's the best way/grow will fill my tent with the most yield/quality. I lost a bunch of my genetics as well so strain advice is appreciated as well. I have 2,5 and 7 gal smart pots available. Advice is appreciated.
