advice please people

Hi Everyone,
Aftera bad experience growing outdoors i am now venturing into indoors. Pplease advise on the below - thanks in advance!!

size of set up - small 1.5 -2 feet long cardboard box cover in aluminumfoil by as much height as plant needs - i only want to grow one plant maybe two.

Is a 400watt OK or is too much for this little space?

What shoudl the watt be when in veg state and what watts should it be in flower stage?

Is it Ok to use soil in this setup?

if I leave the top of box open for fresh air flow - doi need a fan - how much ventilation does it need?

any other advice would be great....

you need to check out the newbie central and do some research on here good luck

loose the foil, with that light in that small space, you'll burn em up, and yes you need a fan.
