Advice Please

Hello Everybody...
Was hoping somebody could possibly tell me What would be doing this to my cuttings?
Advice on what I am doing wrong and Most of all what can do to fix this
Built my own room,sealed and plenty of ventilation inlet and exaust
Am running 2x Electric sky V2 led lights

Are you watering/feeding daily till runoff

Medium looks to dry

How young are the cuttings? I wouldn't leave that many leaves on a cutting... either cut the leaves in half or defoliate lightly.... remember it has little to no root system and that puts a lot of strain on it.

What is the humidity in the space? Until it establishes a root system the only water it gets is what is absorbed through the air.
