Aero Rocks

I kinda need some direction from some people that use this same system. I am using an Aero rock system flood & flo style. I was on here a while ago asking for help on a plant. When I asked for help I didn't mention that I was using aero rock. so the advice givin was based on other mediums. Ne ways long story short I have been killing my plants untill a few weeks ago cause I was under waterin them. So I need to figure out a good schedual I have heard everything from 3x daily, all the way to every 2 hours for 15 minutes? Next question I keep the nutes as reccomennded right? I am using liquid karma bonicare grow, grape sumthin, root strive and secondary nutes. Also I am using a hortilux 1000w Hps and air conditioner keeps the temp a stable 75 with humidity at 40% I have 2 inline fans for circlation. I am growing 2 white widow, cheese, mango, gdp OG kush, Supposedly all these plants are very forgiving. So I need to stop apologizin and fix my issues witht the watering and the other questions. Also I have the 1000w about 12 inches over the top of the plant. they are lovin it but I think I can move it closer>
