aerogarden first grow!!!

First of all thanks for all the info you all post its been great to read an learn from being my first grow!

I am using a aerogarden and transformed a storage place under my computer desk in a lil grow room with 2 cpu fans for in an out air flow. I am now 11 days into veg and my plant is showing some yellowing in the center where the new growth pops out and also the tips of just 2 of the leafs are brown :-/ I am reading maybe to much fert. so i drained some water and added new. i am always having to adjust the ph is this normal and can this cause any damage to the plant? any help would be great and if you need anymore info i may have left out i would be happy to provide!!

Dump it all and rinse and wipe down with a paper towel. Then pHed water for a day or 2 then 1/4 strength on the nutes. If using tabs that came with it then like a 1/4 tab dissolved in water then added to solution. Good luck.

I did as you advised so i can just wait and see if it clears up.. is all the ph adjusters pretty much the same, is there one that hold the ph at level better then another? i seem to be adjusting many times a day and its always creeping into the 7-8 range so i bring down!! ive always been pretty good at growing plants so hope i can keep it going :)) thanks agian for any tips of input!!

Well once you start your nutes, which should be after there about 2 weeks old to be safe, thing's should stabilize, but as for now,just keep adjusting it.

i tossed the sponges that came with it, didnt have much luck with them.. i am using pond muck i bought from a hydro store! you think i should cover still???

Day 16 on the larger one evrything looking great, flushed system today add fert. been reading about 12/12 grows sounds interesting with the space i have to work with hmmmmm and i do have seeds on the way!!!

naw, i have yet to order seeds, but i believe there over seas in the UK or something, there a good bank, but each always has mixed reviews, im sure you'll get them just fine

keep us posted, and COVER THOSE GROW SPONGES lol :razz:

I GOT PISTOLS!!!!

Decided to flower very small due to the size of my area and seeing some results of smaller plants on here.. already see signs of female on the larger plant of the bunch so i am a happy person :)) all is going great they look very very heathy to me. I left the upstairs system in veg. to become big ladies !! cant wait to sniff her!!!

BAXTA420 what kind you order? how long it take for delevery? how were the wraped? i cant wait to get mine although i have to wait to grow cause i dont have room for them!! or will i find room hmmm!!! thanks for adding to the page guys!!
